Processing Time
• Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days.
• This includes design preparation, customer approval (if required), production, and packaging.
• For larger or highly customized orders, processing time may be extended. You will be informed if this applies to your order.
Shipping & Delivery
• We offer express shipping, typically delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs procedures, and seasonal delays.
• Buyers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
Customs and Import Taxes
• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
• After this period, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
Returns & Refunds
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
• Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
• Free return shipping is provided.
• Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Custom & Personalized Orders
• Personalized and custom orders are created specifically for you.
• Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.
• We do not copy or replicate designs from other creators. All designs are original.
Digital Files & Image Submissions
• Customers may upload photos or files via Etsy messages or order conversations.
• Accepted formats include JPEG, PNG, PDF, PSD (recommended resolution: 150–300 dpi).
• By submitting files, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not violate any third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content created by this shop are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.
