Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Cancellations
• Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
• After this period, the order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
Custom & Personalized Orders
• Since many of our items are custom-made and personalized, please contact us immediately if there is any issue with your order.
• If a mistake occurs on our end, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
